Mountain Pose: Stand erect with feet together, relaxed shoulders and arms at side. Take a deep breath and raise your hands overhead. Palms should face each other. Keep your arms straight. It relaxes your whole body.
Downward Dog: Stand on all four extremities. Keep your hands under shoulders and knees under hips. Move hands forward and spread your hand on mat. Curl toes and press hip to make an inverted V. it helps to strengthen your arms and legs.
Warrior: Stand and keep your legs 3-4 feet apart. Turn your right foot to 90 degrees. Relax your shoulders and bring your hands to your hips. Extend your arms to sides. Bend right knee up to 90 degrees. Stay in this position for a minute. It stretches your back, arms and legs.
